1. Cancellation Request
- Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped
- Cancellation requests must be submitted via email

2. Order Processing Stage
Cancellation eligibility depends on order status:
- Before Processing:
Full cancellation allowed with no charges - After Processing (Before Dispatch):
Cancellation may be allowed with applicable fees - After Shipment:
Cancellation is not possible

3. Custom & Special Orders
Orders for the following cannot be canceled:
- Custom-made products
- Special-order or non-standard items
Once production begins, cancellation is not allowed.
4. Cancellation Charges
Depending on order stage, the following may apply:
- Processing fees
- Restocking charges
- Supplier penalties
These charges will be communicated before approval.
5. Refund on Cancellation
- Approved cancellations are eligible for refund
- Refund will be processed to the original payment method
- Processing time: 7–14 business days
6. Company-Initiated Cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to:
- Payment issues or non-payment
- Product unavailability
- Pricing errors
- Suspected fraudulent activity
In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
7. Incorrect Orders
If you placed an order by mistake:
- Contact us immediately
- We will try to cancel before dispatch
