1. Cancellation Request
  • Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped
  • Cancellation requests must be submitted via email

2. Order Processing Stage

Cancellation eligibility depends on order status:

  • Before Processing:
    Full cancellation allowed with no charges
  • After Processing (Before Dispatch):
    Cancellation may be allowed with applicable fees
  • After Shipment:
    Cancellation is not possible
    (You may refer to our Returns Policy)
3. Custom & Special Orders

Orders for the following cannot be canceled:

  • Custom-made products
  • Special-order or non-standard items

Once production begins, cancellation is not allowed.

4. Cancellation Charges

Depending on order stage, the following may apply:

  • Processing fees
  • Restocking charges
  • Supplier penalties

These charges will be communicated before approval.

5. Refund on Cancellation
  • Approved cancellations are eligible for refund
  • Refund will be processed to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 7–14 business days
6. Company-Initiated Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to:

  • Payment issues or non-payment
  • Product unavailability
  • Pricing errors
  • Suspected fraudulent activity

In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

7. Incorrect Orders

If you placed an order by mistake:

  • Contact us immediately
  • We will try to cancel before dispatch
